Dick has more than 39 years of commercial banking and finance experience, most recently serving as President/CEO of New Buffalo Savings Bank before they merged with us in 2020. He is deeply involved in the community, having served on the Board of Directors of the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce, the Crown Point Community Foundation, Wittenberg Retirement Village, the Southlake YMCA, the Food Pantry of Northwest Indiana, the Crown Point Little League and is past treasurer of the Crown Point Rotary Club.

Dick has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Valparaiso University, an MBA from Indiana University Northwest and is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a long time Crown Point resident and has taught Finance as an adjunct professor at Indiana University Northwest.
