Terrence Ploetz brings the commercial team 17 years’ experience in banking, treasury, and commercial lending, as well as 5 years as a consultant and owner in a large manufacturing enterprise. Growing up in a banking family, Terrence learned early on the virtues and responsibility a bank has with its community. A Culver Military Academy Alumnus and accomplished MBA, Terrence's home is in South Bend, where he volunteers for the city on the Industrial Revolving Fund.
