Balance builds strength.

Hello Friends and Colleagues!
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) is a cooperative built on the principle of shared ownership. Yet today, some member types—like Indiana-based credit unions and insurance companies—have little to no representation on the Board. I think we can do better.
I’m running for a Member Director seat to improve the balance of the composition of the FHLBI board. As President + CEO of Everwise Credit Union, I bring deep experience in financial services, a track record of community investment, and a strong commitment to the FHLBI programs that strengthen our members and their communities.
Like you, I know the value of having our voices heard. By supporting my candidacy, you’ll help ensure the FHLBI board is a balanced reflection of the bank’s membership.
To ensure our cooperative voice is heard, I ask you to make a single vote for me as a Member Director. Let’s work together to build a more representative FHLBI board.
Sincerely,
Jason M. Osterhage
President + CEO, Everwise Credit Union
