Student Rewards Checking Account
Wednesday May 1 - Saturday August 31, 2024
Prizes (4): $500 Cash
Entries and Eligibility: Student Rewards Checking accounts opened between May 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and August 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) are automatically entered into the Student Rewards Checking contest for the drawing applicable to the month the account was opened. Limit of one entry per membership. Business, municipal, organizational, and community service groups are not eligible. An owner of the checking account must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Everwise Credit Union or its subsidiaries and their immediate family members or persons living within the same household are not eligible. No purchase is required to participate in drawing. Purchasing or signing up for any services will not increase their chances of winning.
Automatic Entries. An entry is received when a Student Rewards Checking is opened between May 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and August 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
Manual Entries: A manual entry may be completed and submitted to enter this drawing by sending a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and (if applicable) member number. By submitting a written entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Manual entries must be received between May 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and August 31, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Only one entry will be accepted for manual entry; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; and the Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Entries must be mailed to: Everwise Credit Union, Attn. Student Rewards Checking Promotion, 110 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
Drawing: One (1) winner will be drawn each of the following months: May, June, July and August. A total of four (4) winners will be drawn by Everwise officials, whose decisions are final, on the dates listed below at 110 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
Drawing Dates:
May drawing - June 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
June drawing – July 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
July drawing – August 6, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
August drawing - September 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
The winners will be notified by phone and/or email. For the name of the prizewinner, send a self-addressed envelope to Everwise Credit Union, Marketing Department, 110 South Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
Odds of Winning: Actual odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible entries received prior to the entry deadline.
Winner Acceptance/Claiming Prize: No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. By accepting or claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity. If the winner is under 18 (if applicable) a parent, guardian, or the joint owner on the account must sign. By acceptance of a prize, the winner agrees to give consent to publish the winner’s name, address, likeness, and prize information without additional compensation. If a prize notification is not accepted within 5 business days of notification, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid.
Release of Claims: All winners, winners within same household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action, and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
