Areas of Focus
Everwise's DEIB focus centers on people-first and allows us to create an equitable employee experience, free of judgement and full of opportunities. We live out our actions individually and across the DEIB employe-led programs we launched, including four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and an organizational DEIB Council. These support functions enhance our ability to create greater education, visibility and efforts, to ensure our workplace leads with inclusion. By focusing on resources that support our employees, we can continue to create access for continuous learning, collaboration and growth. These groups, as well as our employees, are a significant part of our ability to give back to our communities and serve the most marginalized in our local neighborhoods.
