Adela is the Senior Director of Strategic Innovations at MISO in Carmel, Indiana. She earned her degree in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University and has a strong background in IT portfolio and budget management, information security, strategic planning, and compliance.
Before joining MISO, Adela managed the Enterprise IT Security program at CNO Financial Group and Elevance Health (formerly Anthem). She actively participates in Women in HITECH and the Purdue Alumni Board, in addition to serving as the communications chair for a local women's charity. Adela is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Business Continuity Professional.
