Jackie is the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Morales Group, where she oversees marketing, IT, talent, and supplier diversity, as well as Project Azul, the workforce development foundation created by Morales Group.
Her deep commitment to the Latino community has led to many roles, including being elected as the first female chairman of the Indy Chamber Hispanic Business Council. She also received the Indianapolis Business Journal's "40 under 40" designation and was honored by the Indiana Latino Expo as Latina Businesswoman of the Year. She earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University and her MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
