Mrs. Miller leads Everwise’s legal, compliance, and enterprise risk management functions. She joined Everwise in July 2024 and brings deep expertise in financial services law, regulatory oversight, and risk governance.
Lyndsay has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in the financial services industry, including extensive work with credit unions and regulators. Most recently, she served as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. Her previous roles include Deputy Director of the Consumer Credit Division at the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, General Counsel for the state banking regulator, Associate General Counsel for Compliance at the Minnesota Credit Union Network, and Executive Director of the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation.
Lyndsay holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association and lives in the Indianapolis area with her family.
