Mr. London leads Everwise’s account and credit operations, bringing a strong background in lending, strategy, and organizational transformation. He is responsible for driving operational efficiency, scalability, and consistent member experiences across credit and account functions.
Mike began his career at Delta Community Credit Union, advancing through multiple roles to AVP of Consumer Credit Services. He later spent more than a decade at Georgia United Credit Union, serving as Chief Lending Officer before moving into the role of Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer. In that role, he helped shape enterprise strategy and led project management, marketing initiatives, product management, and business intelligence.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in process improvement.
