Vince received his bachelor's degree from Wabash College and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He retired in 2023 as President of Beacon Medical Group, where he also held positions on the Beacon Health System Board and served for 22 years as the Physician Leader of Beacon Medical Group.
He is a member of 100 Black Men of Greater South Bend, an organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk black male youth. In addition to his role on the Everwise board, Vince serves on the South Bend International Airport Board of Directors. He has been an Everwise member for nearly 40 years.
