Rich joined us in 2020 as an SBA/USDA Relationship Manager. In addition to previous roles in process improvement, consulting and Trading, Rich has more than 10 years of banking and finance experience that he utilizes to craft creative solutions to meet his member’s borrowing needs.
Rich has a BS in Accounting and a BA in Organizational Communications from Purdue University, an MBA from DePaul University, and an MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. He also gained a Master Certificate and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
