How to change contact information
You can contact Member Services at (800) 552-4745, or do it within online banking.
Online banking directions
You must do this when logged into online banking or the mobile app.
- Select the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the home screen and select Profile.
- Select the appropriate box to make changes to your address, phone number, or email.
- Once your changes are made, click Save.
Note: International addresses can only be added by contacting Everwise Member Services at (800) 552-4745.
eDocs login
- To update your email for eDocs, log in to online banking, select the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the home screen, and select My Documents.
- Select the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the tile to choose the email on file where you wish to receive your eNotices.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- To update your email for MFA, log in to online banking, select the hamburger menu in the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, and select Profile.
- Enter the email address you wish to use for Multi-Factor Authentication, and select the check box next to Use for Multi-Factor Authentication Alerts.
- You will be prompted to enter your password for added security.
