First time orders

Call Member Services at (800) 552-4745. To protect members from potential fraud-related activity, Everwise requires that all first-time check orders be placed directly at your local branch or by calling Member Services. 

For reorders you have two additional options:

  1. Order directly at harlandclarke.com. Have your routing and account numbers handy. Details on finding them are here
  2. Log in to online banking and select Reorder Checks.

Reordering in online banking

Log in to online banking and select Services from the navigation on the home screen and click Reorder Checks. From there:

  1. Select the account you would like to reorder checks for. Once your account is selected, you should see the last order date, the starting check number, and the product name. 
  2. Click the green circle with the arrow on the right. Your check image will appear showing the product name, starting check number, and quantity. 
  3. To edit your check, click the blue circle with the pencil icon. You will have the option to change the check imprint, type, and style.
  4. To checkout, click the blue button/box labeled with the price and Checkout
  5. Review your order details and click the blue button/box labeled with the price and Submit Order.
