Help with Online Banking Sign-In

If Face ID doesn't work:

Please note: Biometrics and/or facial recognition must be enabled in your phone's/device's overall settings to use this feature. Also, changing your username or password credentials may require you to re-enable your Face ID Login or Biometric Login within your Security Settings. 

Forgot your username or password?

Select Forgot Username or Password on the login screen, then choose Find Username or Create New Password and follow the prompts.

Otherwise, once logged in, open the menu in the top-right corner and select Security Settings, then select the setting you wish to update. 

If you change your password, get a new device, or update your app and have trouble getting the MFA code, you likely have the Remember Me toggle on. You need to click that toggle off to update new information then click it back on.   

Changing where your MFA code is sent

Log into online banking. Then, click the menu in the top-right corner of the home screen and select Profile. Enter the email address or mobile phone number where you wish to receive your multi-factor authentication code and save your updated preferences.
