Members with Delinquent Accounts (30+ Days Past Due)
If your loan or credit card account is 30 days or more past due, it may be referred to Stark Agency for additional support.

Disputing an Account
If you believe there is an issue with your account, you can submit a dispute by contacting Stark Agency via phone, email, or mail.
Members with Charged-Off Accounts (In Collections)
If your account has been charged off, it will be referred to Stark Agency for collections and repayment arrangements.
Account Status
Once an account is charged off and placed with Stark Agency, all payments must be made directly to them.
