Closing on your mortgage is no small matter, to you or us. As a member of Everwise Credit Union, you have access to everything we offer. If you need to visit us, we have dozens of locations across Indiana and southwest Michigan.

Choose how you want to make your mortgage payment

  1. Sign up for automatic payments by calling (800) 876-7014 (select option 2).
  2. Mail your payment to: Everwise Mortgage Department, P.O. Box 1395, South Bend, IN 46624-1395.
  3. Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments with a debit card or ACH2 using Online Loan Pay at everwisecu.com/OnlineLoanPay.
  4. Make a deposit to your Everwise account using mobile deposit or by visiting a branch, and transfer the funds using online banking to pay your mortgage.


All loans subject to credit approval, underwriting and standard processing fees. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest. You can enroll in Mobile Deposit after you’ve been a member for 60 days. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may apply. Deposit may not be available for immediate withdrawal.

1 Earn 0.25% cash back (Simply Checking) or 0.35% cash back (Plus and Max Checking) on purchases made with your Everwise Debit Mastercard. Rebates are redeemable once the total reaches $10 within the calendar year, with a maximum of $5,000 per year. ATM transactions and cash advances are not eligible for cash back.

2 You may make your loan payment in person or by mail at no additional cost. Payments made via ACH are free; however, an $8.00 convenience fee applies to payments made with a debit card. If you choose to make a payment with assistance from Everwise Member Services, the Online Loan Payment Service will still be used and incur a $10 convenience fee.
