Bank by Phone

Easily transfer money to your Everwise loan accounts through automated phone options. Call (800) 284-4725 and follow the prompts. Make sure to have your member number and 3-digit loan number available.


Skip a Payment

For just a $25 fee, you can defer your upcoming loan payment to catch up on other bills with Skip A Pay. You may even qualify to skip up to two payments during any 12-month period!4

Skip qualifications

  1. Loan must be current.
  2. Skipped payment must be scheduled at least three days prior to the due date.
  3. Funds for the fee must be available in your Everwise checking or savings account.
  4. Only two skips allowed in a rolling 12-month period.

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Tap the 'Skip-a-Pay' tile (under Services).
  3. Follow the instructions to schedule your skip.

Online Loan Pay FAQs

Can I cancel my payment after it's been submitted?

You can cancel your payment the same day as it was submitted up to 5:00 p.m. ET. Once the payment processes, you cannot cancel it.

Can I set up recurring payments?

  1. Enroll
  2. Click Recurring Payments tab
  3. Follow the instructions to create a new recurring payment

Do I need to set up an account to pay my loan using the Online Loan Pay site?

You can make a payment as a guest by using the Pay Now tab or you can enroll and set up an account. Enrolling will allow access to features like viewing your payment history and setting up recurring payments.

How do I make an additional payment to principal or escrow on my mortgage?

Simply insert your payment information and click on the “pay my bills” tab. Then, select either principal reduction/escrow from the dropdown and click continue.

How do I update my payment account information?

Click your name in the upper right-hand corner, select payment accounts, click the pencil icon and follow the instructions to update your information.

Why am I unable to update the amount for my recurring payment?

If you have a recurring payment set up and would like to adjust the amount, simply cancel the recurring payment and set up a new one.

I'm trying to pay with my debit card, and it's not working.

Please try making your payment using ACH instead. All you’ll need is your routing and transit number and your account number.

Is there a fee for this service?

No fee for ACH payments using the website and telephone self-service tools $8 fee for Debit Card payments through the website and telephone self-service tools $10 fee for ACH and Debit Card if Everwise Member Services assists with the payment

My ACH payment attempted once, and there wasn't enough to make my payment. Will it attempt to pull the payment again?

No, it will only attempt once.

Once I submit my payment online, when will my loan be paid?

Loans paid prior to 5:00 p.m. EST will be applied the next business day, and loans paid after 5:00 p.m. EST will be applied the second business day.

What if I pay an amount that is less than the amount due?

Any partial payments will automatically be subtracted from the original amount due.

What types of cards can be used for payments online?

Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit and Discover Debit.

What types of loans can I pay using this service?

Vehicle, personal, line of credit, credit card, home equity, HELOC, and mortgage loans.

Why don’t all my loans appear together in my payment history?

The history displays each loan separately. To view additional loans simply click the dropdown and select the desired loan.

When making a loan payment with a debit card, when will the payment be processed?

When making a debit card payment, a hold will appear on the payment account immediately. The transaction will post within 48 hours.

You may make your loan payment in person or by mail at no additional cost. If you request to make the payment with Everwise member services assisting, we will still use the Online Loan Payment Service and you will be charged a $10.00 convenience fee per payment when using a debit card or ACH.

If you are scheduling your payment to be mailed via USPS, please keep in mind the possibility of mailing delays when scheduling your payment.

4 Loans excluded: Mortgages, Credit Cards, HELOCs, Commercial Loans/Lines, Unsecured Lines of Credit, Loans with balloon payments. Certain restrictions apply. Your skipped payment (including principal and interest) will be added to the end of your original loan term, extending the term by one month for each loan holiday approved. NOTE: If you have set up loan payments to transfer automatically each month from your Everwise (or other financial institution's) account, you will need to turn off the automatic payment for the month you intend to skip.
