Franklin Madison Group is the third-party administrator for the insurance carrier providing premium billing and other services on behalf of the carrier. Please refer all insurance questions to Franklin Madison at (877) 517-0555. For faster service, please provide the coverage ID located within the billing descriptor (9-digit number starting with 6 or 7).

The benefit is paid directly to you to use however you like. It can be used to pay for things like monthly bills, recover expenses, etc.

No. This insurance pays you cash while you get well only for each day that your doctor has kept you in the hospital for covered injuries and illnesses.

The claims are processed within five days of the Plan Administrator receiving the appropriate information and documentation in their offices. Once processed, the claim is then forwarded to the underwriter for determination of benefits.

If you choose to not keep your insurance, simply call toll free (877) 517-0555, and your insurance will be cancelled.

If you are an Everwise checking account holder, the premiums will be automatically debited from your account monthly/quarterly. This transaction will be reflected on your statement. If you are not an Everwise checking account holder, you will have the option to select an account to use for billing purposes upon enrollment in the program.

If you are not happy with the Recuperative Care Insurance for any reason, and you have not submitted a claim, simply contact Franklin Madison at (844) 515-5873 within the first 60 days of enrollment for a complete refund of your premium and the coverage will be canceled back to its effective date.
Benefits reduce due to age, beginning at age 65.
