Here's how to complete and sign your eSign documents

  1. If you have not already created an account, please complete the “Borrower Loan Portal-Create an Account” help guide first.
  2. Log into the portal.
    1. Click here to be taken to the portal start page.
    2. Click "Continue" to bring up the login page.
  3. From your dashboard, select "Complete Tasks."
  4. Click on the "Review & Sign" tab.
    1. Select "View Full List."
  5. Select each document to review.
  6. When finished reviewing, click "Done" then "Yes."
  7. Click "Sign, then "Start eSign session."
  8. Select "Click to get started."
  9. Select your signature and initials, then click "Create Signature."
  10. Proceed through the entire package and click "Click to Sign."
  11. When finished, click "Submit Signed Documents" and "Confirm Submission."
  12. You can choose to download your documents or leave the session.
  13. Your tasks are now complete!
