How to change contact information

Give us a call

You can contact Member Services at (800) 552-4745, or do it within online banking. 

Online banking directions

You must do this when logged into online banking or the mobile app. 

  1. Select the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the home screen and select Profile
  2. Select the appropriate box to make changes to your address, phone number, or email. 
  3. Once your changes are made, click Save

    Note: International addresses can only be added by contacting Everwise Member Services at (800) 552-4745.

eDocs login

  1. To update your email for eDocs, log in to online banking, select the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the home screen, and select My Documents
  2. Select the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the tile to choose the email on file where you wish to receive your eNotices.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

  1. To update your email for MFA, log in to online banking, select the hamburger menu in the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, and select Profile
  2. Enter the email address you wish to use for Multi-Factor Authentication, and select the check box next to Use for Multi-Factor Authentication Alerts
  3. You will be prompted to enter your password for added security.
